Online Therapy

Online therapy allows you the convenience of receiving therapeutic counselling when a face-to-face meeting is not possible; or is not your first preference. With a reliable internet connection, you can even have your sessions via Skype.

If you find it helpful to articulate what they are feeling by writing it down, online therapy can often be very effective in helping you receive expert help.

The same expected boundaries apply to this service, allowing you 50-minutes of therapy. Even online, you must feel safe and in undisturbed area throughout our sessions, to avoid interruptions.
