My name is Noreen Rose I am fully qualified, Integrative
Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Coach. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and follow their ethical guidelines. The aim of setting up private practice was to reach people who are suffering or wanting to change their lives. I wanted to be able to offer a service which helps people to be all that they can be, by facilitating and supporting them.
I have a passion for working with people and seeing them grow and empower themselves. I believe everyone has the potential to change their circumstances, given the right environment and relationships.
I offer a warm and safe space to either explore your difficulties or to look at your ambitions; whatever you want to work on in order to create a better tomorrow.
All Counsellors will adopt a method in Counselling 'style' that suits their own character and way of being. As a person who is candid by nature, I have found that being frank with my clients has been most effective for them and is my preferred methodology hence - Direct Therapy.

I started having sessions with Noreen because of various problems. At first, I was holding back and reluctant to talk, but after a few sessions with her, I began to express myself more. With Noreen's encouragement, I started to think more clearly.
