Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy helps the client raise their awareness in order to establish healthy connections between the mind and body.
My expertise is helping you empower you by finding ways in which you can overcome your challenges and creating positive new patterns of behaviour. Doing this will allow you to move over and beyond any limitations you may have placed upon yourself, inspiring you to make and achieve new goals for your life.
I use 5 different theoretical approaches in my work which are, Person-Centred, Gestalt, Attachments, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behaviour Theory. These various theories offer a different insight into human behaviour and how the mind works.
